Momma B’s House, Inc. is launching the Backpacks for Brighter Future Drive to provide backpacks and essential school supplies to children in Kindergarten through 2nd grade at an elementary school in Wyandanch, New York. Many families in this community are facing financial hardship and difficult circumstances, making something as simple as preparing a child for school an overwhelming challenge.
But together, we can change that story.
A backpack may seem like a small gift, but to a child, it can represent something much greater: hope, dignity, belonging, and possibility. A notebook becomes a place to write new dreams. A pencil becomes a tool for learning. A backpack becomes a reminder that someone cared enough to invest in their future.
